Dispatch

Shipping costs within the Federal Republic of Germany for packages with a total weight:

• up to 5 kg =EUR 4,90
• up to 10 kg = EUR 6,90
• up to 31,5 kg = EUR 9,90
• over 31,5 kg = EUR 14,90

Shipping costs within the EU:

• up to 5 kg = EUR 12,90
• up to 10 kg = EUR 16,90
• up to 31,5 kg = EUR 24,90
• over 31,5 kg = EUR 29,90

Shipping costs to non EU-countries of Europe such as Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland:

• up to 5 kg = EUR 19,90
• up to 10 kg = EUR 24,90
• up to 31,5 kg = EUR 59,90
• over 31,5 kg = EUR 64,90

Customers are obliged to define the specified delivery address when ordering and to change it if necessary. If the shipment goes to a non-existent or incorrectly defined address or if the customer has not noted a change of residence when ordering, the valid shipping costs + EUR 2.00 processing fee will be charged for a new delivery. A renewed delivery is not a reason for order cancellation.
