General Terms and Conditions of SONNENBERG.BERLIN
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders of products from the online shop www.sonnenberg.berlin under the heading Home / AGB retrievable current version.
Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions do not become part of agreements concluded via the online shop, unless these conditions are expressly confirmed in writing by SONNENBERG.BERLIN.
2. Conclusion of a contract on the online shop
The presentation of goods on the pages of the SONNENBERG.BERLIN online shop does not constitute a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Only by ordering desired goods do you make a binding offer to conclude a contract.
Orders can be placed at SONNENBERG.BERLIN via the page www.sonnenberg.berlin, by e-mail or by phone. For written orders without specifying the method of payment, SONNENBERG.BERLIN reserves the right to ship goods by cash on delivery.
Upon receipt of an offer, a confirmation of receipt of the offer will be sent to the customer without delay, which does not constitute acceptance of the same. The confirmation e-mail will show you the data provided with the order before completing the order process. If you have created a customer account, you can still make changes to the delivery address, billing address and your personal information. The order itself can not be changed.
The acceptance of your offer to conclude the contract is sent by a separate e-mail (order confirmation) or by sending of the desired goods. Unless you have received an order confirmation or notification of delivery or goods within 14 days, you are no longer bound by your contractual offer. Any services already provided will be reimbursed immediately in this case. Your statutory right of withdrawal according to 3. remains unaffected.
All information (product descriptions, illustrations, dimensions, weights, specifications and other information) on our online shop are data supplied by the respective manufacturer and are subject to error. This data does not constitute an guarantee of property. Likewise, the representations on the website of SONNENBERG.BERLIN are not binding , Depending on the screen settings, the illustrations may differ slightly from the actual shapes and colors of the product.
There is no legal right to the conclusion of a contract and / or registration as a user of this website. Any offer to conclude a contract can be rejected without supplying a reason.
3. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel a specific contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier have taken physical possession of the dispatched goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Loss of value / exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
According to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB the right of revocation does not exist for goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs - such as custom-made dog beds, leashes, collars or dog harnesses - or goods which spoil quickly or their expiration date would be exceeded. Gift vouchers are also excluded from the right of return.
4. Price details / validity
The prices on the online shop www.sonnenberg.berlin are Euro prices and are inclusive of VAT (plus shipping).
5. Dispatch
Shipping costs within the Federal Republic of Germany for packages with a total weight:
- up to 5 kg =EUR 4,90
- up to 10 kg = EUR 6,90
- up to 31,5 kg = EUR 9,90
- over 31,5 kg = EUR 14,90
Shipping costs within the EU:
- up to 5 kg = EUR 12,90
- up to 10 kg = EUR 16,90
- up to 31,5 kg = EUR 24,90
- over 31,5 kg = EUR 29,90
Shipping costs to non EU-countries of Europe such as Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland:
- up to 5 kg = EUR 19,90
- up to 10 kg = EUR 24,90
- up to 31,5 kg = EUR 59,90
- over 31,5 kg = EUR 64,90
Customers are obliged to define the specified delivery address when ordering and to change it if necessary. If the shipment goes to a non-existent or incorrectly defined address or if the customer has not noted a change of residence when ordering, the valid shipping costs + EUR 2.00 processing fee will be charged for a new delivery. A renewed delivery is not a reason for order cancellation.
6. Warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing faults, including transport damage, please reclaim such errors immediately. However, the omission of this complaint has no consequences for your statutory claims. For all defects occurring during the legal warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, removal of defects / new delivery and - if fulfilling the legal requirements - the extended claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation for damage including the fulfillment and replacement of your futile expenses.
Normal wear and tear of the goods do not justify any warranty claim. Damaged dog toys are excluded from the warranty, as far as the damage is attributable to the customer - for example by using the toy.
Insofar as we provide you with a seller's warranty, the details of the warranty terms attached to the delivered item will follow. Guarantee claims exist without prejudice to legal claims / rights.
7. Retention of title / resale
Until full payment, the goods remain our property. The commercial resale of the goods is prohibited.
8: Storage of the order text
The final contract is in German. The order text is not stored by us and can not be retrieved after the completion of the order process. However, you can print out your order data immediately after sending the order.
9: Payment

SONNENBERG.BERLIN reserves the right not to offer certain means of payment and to refer to other potential means of payment.
10: image rights
All image rights belong to us or our partners. Use without written consent is not permitted.
11: Contract language / choice of law
The contract language is German. German law applies. The applicability of mandatory standards of the state in which you habitually reside upon conclusion of the contract remains unaffected by this choice of law.
12: Online Dispute Resolution

The platform serves as a point of contact for out-of-court settlement of disputes over contractual obligations arising from sales contracts concluded online.
