This menu contains pasture-raised lamb as well as muscle meat, heart and liver. The recipe is complemented with potatoes, zucchini, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, apples and pears. Blueberries, eggshell powder, seaweed, mineral clay, rosehips and flaxseed contribute to a balanced composition. The menu is refined with selected herbs such as mint, rosemary and parsley. Rapeseed oil also provides valuable fatty acids and rounds off the meal in a meaningful way.
