Edenfood organic carrot soup has a calming effect on a stressed gastrointestinal tract. This not only helps when traveling, but the soup can also help relieve symptoms in the event of infections. The recipe is inspired by Professor Dr. Karl Moro. The soup is produced by Edenfood under strictly controlled conditions in Upper Bavaria. Simmering the carrots for hours releases so-called oligosaccharides, short-chain sugar molecules that adhere to the intestinal wall like a protective layer. These oligosaccharides are key to calming the gut and strengthening the body. They promote the growth of healthy intestinal bacteria and support the recovery of disturbed intestinal flora.
